What is The Chef Experience?
Put simply, it’s an opportunity for you to experience what it’s like to be a chef.
Heritage Center of Brooklyn Center is hosting a gourmet tasting club that will feature a myriad of small plate options for you to sample. Additionally, the chefs who prepared the food will be around to answer any questions you may have about the dish, a specific technique or what it’s like to prepare gourmet food for over 200 people. Not only that, but sign up for The Chef Experience and you’ll get an email every so often with great information ranging from recipes to cooking tips to chef biographies.
So while you may never wear a toque or answer to “chef” you can still get the experience.
