George brings 20 years of cooking experience to the Earle Brown kitchen. He’s mastered the art of preparing tasty dishes through countless hours on the line, at the stove and beyond — drawing from his experiences in the hospitality, restaurant, hospital and hospice industries. Now George wows our guests with consistently delicious meals, perfect for any occasion.

At home, he cooks up an incredible take on a Minnesota favorite: Tater tot hot-dish. And when the day comes to open his own restaurant, it will be his signature dish. When George isn’t in the kitchen, he’s most likely hanging out with his wife Dionne and six amazing children.
