Ingredients
  • 12 Scallions small dice
  • 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 8 garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 ginger 2 in. piece (chopped)
  • 1 Cup Korean Chili Paste
  • 1/2 Cup sesame oil
  • 1 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 6 Tbls. Korean red pepper powder
  • 6 Tbls. sugar
  • 6 Tbls. Rice wine vinegar
  • 6 Tbls. Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Cup honey
  • 1/2 Cup Mirin Rice wine
Servings: Cups
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Save 1 cup for basting at the end of cooking.
  3. Rub and pour over your favorite raw protein. Let in marinade for at least 6 hours, overnight is the best.
