Buffalo Cheese Sauce

Great addition to a cheese steak sandwich or add it to your mac and cheese with some grilled chicken to spice it up.


  • 1 quart Half and half
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot
  • 1 oz Cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste


  • Bring half and half to simmer, add all ingredients.
  • Make sure all cheese is melted and incorporated. Simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring periodically.
  • Can be used hot, or kept in the refrigerator for cold applications.
