Buffalo Cheese Sauce
Great addition to a cheese steak sandwich or add it to your mac and cheese with some grilled chicken to spice it up.
- 1 quart Half and half
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Frank's RedHot
- 1 oz Cheddar cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Bring half and half to simmer, add all ingredients.
- Make sure all cheese is melted and incorporated. Simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring periodically.
- Can be used hot, or kept in the refrigerator for cold applications.
