A Korean BBQ marinade for your favorite protein. Great for beef, chicken or pork!!
- 12 Scallions small dice
- 1/2 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 8 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 ginger 2 in. piece (chopped)
- 1 Cup Korean Chili Paste
- 1/2 Cup sesame oil
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce
- 6 Tbls. Korean red pepper powder
- 6 Tbls. sugar
- 6 Tbls. Rice wine vinegar
- 6 Tbls. Lime Juice
- 1/2 Cup honey
- 1/2 Cup Mirin Rice wine
- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Save 1 cup for basting at the end of cooking.
- Rub and pour over your favorite raw protein. Let in marinade for at least 6 hours, overnight is the best.
