Ceviche Recipe


Course Sides


  • 1 lbs firm, fresh Mahi Mahi cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 Cup +2T fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 each red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cup chopped fresh seeded tomatoes
  • 1 serrano chili, seeded and finely diced
  • 2 T Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 T green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt


  • Combine the fish and the lime juice in a glass bowl on let sit for 1 to 2 hours or until the fish turns a pale white and is firm to the touch. Drain and discard the lime juice and add the remaining 2 tablespoons
  • Combine remaining ingredients and let marinate for 20 minutes, serve with tortilla chips.
