Dijon Vinaigrette

Dijon vinaigrette to be used with Asparagus Salad recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and kosher salt.
  • Whisk in the olive oil 1 tbsp at a time until a creamy emulsion forms.
  • Store refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving, or serve immediately.
