Dijon Vinaigrette
Dijon vinaigrette to be used with Asparagus Salad recipe
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- In medium bowl, whisk together the white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup and kosher salt.
- Whisk in the olive oil 1 tbsp at a time until a creamy emulsion forms.
- Store refrigerated and bring to room temperature before serving, or serve immediately.
