Jamaican Jerk Rub Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dried thyme
- 2 tbsp Ground allspice
- 2 tbsp Ground black pepper
- 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Small white onion chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 bunch Green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup White vinegar
- 1 Orange juiced
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 4-6 Bone-in chicken thigh
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except chicken in a blender and pulse until a smooth paste is formed. Add more oil if paste is too thick.
- Rub on chicken and marinade for 4-6 hours before grilling.
