Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 2 cups Ripe Mangos Peeled and chopped
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 3 t Sugar
- 1 cup Ice Optional
- 1/8 tsp Cardamom (Ilachi)
- 1 t mint chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Place first five ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and the chopped mint
