Mango Lassi

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Ripe Mangos Peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 3 t Sugar
  • 1 cup Ice Optional
  • 1/8 tsp Cardamom (Ilachi)
  • 1 t mint chopped (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place first five ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of cardamom and the chopped mint
