Nicholas Salstrand

Sous Chef

I have worked in many different areas of the field from greasy spoon diners, Kosher kitchens, college food service, to fast-paced fine dining, hotels, and to currently banquets/conference centers. I graduated from The International Culinary Schools at The Art Institute and spent time in various chef roles with the Marriott hotels, The News Room Restaurant, Augsburg college, Sholom, UWS, and my current role at The Earle Browne Heritage Center.

Favorite Cuisine: Scandinavian.
