Peach Barbeque Sauce

Servings 2 cups


  • 1 cup Fresh peaches sliced
  • 1 cup Reduced sugar tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 cup 80-proof bourbon Optional


  • Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  • Cook over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes until peaches are soft.
  • When mixture is cooled, pour into a blender and puree sauce.
  • Brush sauce onto fish, chicken, or pork before grilling or baking. Serve a small amount of sauce "on the side".
