
Pico de Gallo
Ingredients
- 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 red onion, minced
- 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 ea lime, juiced
- 1 ea clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well, let sit for 1-2 hours
