Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup fresh grated ginger
  • 1/8 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbs dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbs ground star anise
  • 1 1/2 tbs ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tbs ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbs salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all wet and dry ingredients. Place ribs on sheet tray and rub with mixture, coating evenly.
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in fridge for 2-12 hrs.
  • Preheat oven to 324 degrees.
  • Place covered in oven and cook until tender – 1.5 to 2 hours
