Ingredients
  • 3 racks baby back ribs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1/8 cup fresh grated ginger
  • 1/8 cup Paprika
  • 2 tbs dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbs ground star anise
  • 1 1/2 tbs ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tbs ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbs salt

Instructions
  1. Combine all wet and dry ingredients. Place ribs on sheet tray and rub with mixture, coating evenly.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in fridge for 2-12 hrs.
  3. Preheat oven to 324 degrees.
  4. Place covered in oven and cook until tender – 1.5 to 2 hours
