A bright and garlicy North African herb sauce that is often used with seafood, but is great with red meats, grilled chicken thighs, or tossed with grilled vegetables.
Chermoula
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp paprika, ground
- 1 small red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend into a rough (not completely smooth) paste.
