Ingredients
  • 1bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 3cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1tsp Cumin
  • 1tsp coriander
  • 1tsp paprika, ground
  • 1 small red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2tsp sea salt
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1cup olive oil
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend into a rough (not completely smooth) paste.
