Ingredients
  • 4oz olive oilextra virgin
  • 2lbs Shrimp
  • 1/4cup garliccrushed
  • 2tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 3Thai chillies thinly sliced
  • 2lemons zest and juice
  • 1/2bunch fresh parsleyrough chopped
Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over high heat and add the shrimp.
  2. Cook for a few minutes until shrimp are heated through.
  3. Add garlic, smoked paprika, chillies and lemon zest and toss through to combine.
  4. Cook for 1 minute and add lemon juice and chopped parsley and toss again.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with toasted breads to soak up the delicious sauce.
