Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets5 ounces each
  • 1/4tsp sea salt
  • 1/2cup mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 1tsp grated lemon peel
  • 1/2tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Coat a nonstick grill pan or large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle the salmon with the salt.
  3. Cook the salmon for 8 minutes, turning once or until lightly browned and just opaque.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, horseradish, mustard, lemon peel, and pepper until blended.
  5. Top the salmon evenly with the sauce.
