Ingredients
  • 1cup jasmine rice-cooked
  • 1tsp Red Curry Paste-Mae Ploy Brand
  • 1tsp Rice Flower
  • 1/4cup Thai Chili’s – sliced
  • 1tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/2cup eggs
  • 1/4tsp sugar
  • 1/4cup ginger – slivered
  • 1/4cup red onion – sliced
  • 1/4cup Cilantro
  • 1/4cup green onions
  • 2tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1/4cup nam pork-slicedavailable at most Asian markets
Instructions
  1. Combine first eight ingredients and form into small balls and fry until golden. Break rice balls into small pieces and add remaining ingredients garnish with peanuts and nam slices
