Ingredients
  • 3LBS ShrimpShell on (16-20 size)
  • 1/2Cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2Teaspoon saltKosher
  • 1TBLS RosemaryFresh
  • 10Ounces butterUnsalted
  • 1/4Cup olive oil
  • 3Teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 TBLS Worcestershire
  • 3Cloves garlicFresh Chopped
  • 1Teaspoon OreganoFresh
  • 2TBLS PepperFreshly Cracked
Instructions
  1. Sauté shrimp until shells are just turning pink.
  2. Add all items except Butter.
  3. Slowly Dab butter in until completely melted, boiling the shrimp for about 2 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK.
  4. Serve over you favorite Rice and French Bread.
