Peach Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh peaches sliced
- 1 cup Reduced sugar tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic Minced
- 1 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/4 cup 80-proof bourbon Optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
- Cook over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes until peaches are soft.
- When mixture is cooled, pour into a blender and puree sauce.
- Brush sauce onto fish, chicken, or pork before grilling or baking. Serve a small amount of sauce "on the side".
