Ingredients
  • 1cup Fresh peachessliced
  • 1cup Reduced sugar tomato ketchup
  • 1tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1clove garlicMinced
  • 1tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4cup 80-proof bourbonOptional
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
  2. Cook over low to medium heat for about 10 minutes until peaches are soft.
  3. When mixture is cooled, pour into a blender and puree sauce.
  4. Brush sauce onto fish, chicken, or pork before grilling or baking. Serve a small amount of sauce “on the side”.
