Ras el Hanout
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1tsp ground turmeric
  • 3/4tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2tsp ground coriander seed
  • 1/2tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/2tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/2tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4tsp ground cloves
  1. Combine all ingredients and store for 1-2 months
