We all have tons of tomatoes from our garden. Put them to good use!
- 3 to 4 lbs Fresh Tomatoes I had Red and Yellow
- 1/2 Small Red Onion Peeled and Chopped
- 2 to 3 Small Jalapeno Depends on heat preference
- 1 Clove garlic Chopped
- 1 Handful Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Lime Juiced More if you like
- Taste Taste Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Roughly chop all Veggies
- Place everything into a food processor.
- Pulse till the consistency of your liking. More for smooth salsa and less for chunky salsa.
