A great appetizer for your next gathering.
Spinach Artichoke Dip
- 2 Cups Parmesan Shredded
- 1 10 oz Box Frozen Spinach Squeeze of water
- 1 14oz Can Arichoke Hearts drained
- 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Cream Cheese Room Temp
- 1/3 Cup Mayonaise
- 2 Teas. garlic Chopped
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Combine well.
- Place in a baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes Covered with foil @ 375
- Remove foil, bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
