Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp paprika, ground
  • 1 small red chili pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blend into a rough (not completely smooth) paste.
