Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup jasmine rice-cooked
  • 1 tsp Red Curry Paste-Mae Ploy Brand
  • 1 tsp Rice Flower
  • 1/4 cup Thai Chili's – sliced
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1/2 cup eggs
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup ginger – slivered
  • 1/4 cup red onion – sliced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup nam pork-sliced available at most Asian markets

Instructions
 

  • Combine first eight ingredients and form into small balls and fry until golden. Break rice balls into small pieces and add remaining ingredients garnish with peanuts and nam slices
