Jamaican Jerk Rub Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp Ground allspice
  • 2 tbsp Ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Small white onion chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 bunch Green onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup White vinegar
  • 1 Orange juiced
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil
  • 4-6 Bone-in chicken thigh

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients except chicken in a blender and pulse until a smooth paste is formed. Add more oil if paste is too thick.
  • Rub on chicken and marinade for 4-6 hours before grilling.
