Instructions
Combine all wet and dry ingredients. Place ribs on sheet tray and rub with mixture, coating evenly.
Wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in fridge for 2-12 hrs.
Preheat oven to 324 degrees.
Place covered in oven and cook until tender – 1.5 to 2 hours
