Ingredients
  

  • 3 to 4 lbs Fresh Tomatoes I had Red and Yellow
  • 1/2 Small Red Onion Peeled and Chopped
  • 2 to 3 Small Jalapeno Depends on heat preference
  • 1 Clove garlic Chopped
  • 1 Handful Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Lime Juiced More if you like
  • Taste Taste Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop all Veggies
  • Place everything into a food processor.
  • Pulse till the consistency of your liking. More for smooth salsa and less for chunky salsa.
