Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Spinach leaves
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 Romaine head chopped
  • 1 Orange peeled and chopped
  • 1 Mango peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Pineapple peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1/2 cup Toasted macadamia nuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl with ½ C of tropical vinaigrette and place on 4-6 plates.
  • Place grilled chicken thighs on salad and drizzle with leftover jerk rub.
