Naem Khao Tod
Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice-cooked
- 1 tsp Red Curry Paste-Mae Ploy Brand
- 1 tsp Rice Flower
- 1/4 cup Thai Chili's – sliced
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1/2 cup eggs
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup ginger – slivered
- 1/4 cup red onion – sliced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1/4 cup green onions
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup nam pork-sliced available at most Asian markets
Instructions
- Combine first eight ingredients and form into small balls and fry until golden. Break rice balls into small pieces and add remaining ingredients garnish with peanuts and nam slices
