Grilled Bone-in Pork Chops
Pairs great with the Apple-Fennel Slaw.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp Onion powder and garlic powder
- 1 tsp Oregano, salt, and pepper
- 4 1-inch thick Bone-in pork chops
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until paste is formed.
- Coat all sides of pork chops in the paste, place them in a ziplock bag, seal and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hr and up to 8 hrs.
- Preheat your grill to medium high.
- Grill your pork chops for 7 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165 is reached. Let them rest for 5 minutes after removing them from the grill before serving. Serve with Apple-Fennel Slaw and Warm Potato Salad w/Sour Cream and Bacon
